Sammie is thrilled to be back at New Swan this season as an AD! Most days, you will probably find Sammie palling around with Lyla (PSM) at the beach before it’s time to set up the show. Sammie enjoys crocheting, making music, splashing around in beach waves, and finding delicious vegan food! If you have any recommendations, send them her way: @_samammie29_

Evan Lugo grew up in the Metro-Detroit area in Michigan. He received his BFA in Acting from Western Michigan University. He graduated from the MFA Acting program at the University of California, Irvine in 2022. He now lives in Los Angeles where he continues to pursue work in theatre and television/film. Some of his passions other than acting include dancing, NFTs, and video games.

Heather Lee is so excited to be working her first summer at The New Swan Shakespeare Festival. She is a 3rd year MFA Actor (Class of 2023) at the University of California, Irvine and she also graduated from UCI's undergraduate drama program with Honors in Acting in 2020. Some of her past credits at UCI include: “Romeo & Juliet” (Juliet), “Plumas Negras” (Aurora), “Rebecca Oaxaca Lays Down a Bunt” (Ella Elizondo), “Silent Sky” (Henrietta Leavitt), “When We Were Young and Unafraid” (Mary Anne), and “ The Comedy of Errors” (Adrianna). Additionally, she serves as a graduate mentor for Brown Bag Theater Company; UCI's only Latinx theater company. Professionally, she has also worked at Great River Shakespeare Festival as Community Outreach Director for their Community Engagement Project, “All The Town's A Stage: A Winona Story” while also appearing onstage as Laurie, acting alongside the community members of Winona.
